Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you register, exhibit, or partner with the summit.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. Registration and approval
Submitting a delegate registration, exhibitor application, or sponsorship application does not guarantee a confirmed place at the summit. All submissions are reviewed by the organizing team, and approval is at the organizers' discretion. You'll receive a confirmation once your registration or application has been approved.
2. Accuracy of information
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including identity verification and business documents. Providing false information may result in your registration or application being rejected or revoked, including after approval.
3. Badges and venue access
Delegate and exhibitor badges are issued to the named individual on the approved registration or application and are not transferable. Venue staff may request to see your badge at any point during the event, and may refuse entry without a valid badge.
4. Exhibition space
Booth assignments for approved exhibitors are made by the organizing team and may change before the event for operational reasons. Exhibitors are responsible for their own stand setup, staffing, and any materials brought onto the venue, within whatever guidelines the organizing team communicates ahead of the event.
5. Delegate portal conduct
If you use the Summit Engagement (networking, messaging, discussion rooms, the community feed, session Q&A), you agree to use it respectfully toward other delegates. The organizing team and room moderators may hide content, lock discussions, or suspend portal access for conduct that violates this.
6. Changes to the program
Sessions, speakers, and the schedule are subject to change. The organizing team will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes ahead of the event, but cannot guarantee that every published detail will remain unchanged.
7. Photography and media consent
Photography, videography, and live streaming take place throughout the Summit. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in official event photos, videos, or streams used for documentation, publicity, and promotional purposes, as described in our privacy policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Summit name, logos, website, mobile app, and published materials are the property of the organizers and their licensors. Content you post through the engagement features remains yours, but by posting it you grant the organizers a licence to display and moderate it for the purpose of operating the platform.
9. Liability
The platform and event are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, or changes to the program. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kenyan law.
10. Your information
Information you provide is handled in line with our privacy policy, which explains what we collect and how it's used, in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
